Subscriptions and Plans
Subscriptions are optional. You can order and download data without a subscription using pay-as-you-go order credits.
Plans primarily affect support level, SLA commitments, throughput limits, and selected platform capabilities such as delivery and team features.
What a Subscription Changes
- Support priority and response expectations
- SLA commitments, where applicable by agreement
- Throughput and request limits
- Access to plan-specific capabilities such as managed delivery workflows
- Team and account capabilities, where included by plan
Separate from Usage Pricing
Subscriptions do not replace order and download usage pricing.
Usage remains pay-as-you-go through credits and monthly tier mechanics. For pricing mechanics, see Pricing overview.
Plan Features
Depending on your plan, ClearSKY may include:
- Higher support coverage and response expectations
- Higher API and platform limits
- Managed delivery features such as S3 pushing
- Team or enterprise account capabilities

If You Need Better Support or Higher Limits
If you need faster support handling, higher throughput, or specific SLA coverage, contact support@clearsky.vision and include your account context.
If your plan includes managed S3 delivery and you want ClearSKY to push imagery into your own S3-compatible storage, ask support about setup. See Delivery modes for how that differs from UploadUrl.
Recurring Order Cancellation
Recurring data orders are managed independently from subscription plan status.
